Located near J.C. Penney and Entrance 8, the Customer Service Center is open and available to assist with many services.

Illinois Lottery Tickets are available for purchase through a customer service representative or via the lottery vending machine during regular mall hours. Instant scratch-off tickets may be redeemed during customer service operating hours (see below).
